Can my new employer file a H-1B transfer based on my previous I-94 and H-1B approval notice and nonstop paystubs? Can I start to work for my new employer once I get the receipt notice?!

This is getting ridiculous...losing my patience
I think a controlled slow movement is good at the beginning of the year. Last year they had made, for example, EB2 India as April 2004 but they had to make it U after 1st quarter.
So, a controlled slow movement will leave to more un-used numbers in the 3rd quarter when they will then be forced to make big jumps in dates to use up annual visa numbers

Big thanks to the entire group. We should not be happy unless we get our goals done.
1. They should take the applications for July 2007.
2. They should make PD July 2007 for the coming VB atleast. Because it was current in July 2007.
3. They should increase the VISA numbers so that the back log is no more.
4. They should not seperate husband and wife because of this idiotic immigration system. One having a green card and other partner not able to be with them. Because we INDIAN strongly believe in marriage and not like AMERICAN marrying more than 1 wife or husband.

Hi,
I want to go for a H1B stamping in Canada. I am a PR of Canada.
I have been working with this employer since sep-06. I was on vacation from 13-Jan-07 to 13-Feb-07 in this period i was not paid as i was on personal leave. After coming from vacation I got a project on 05-Mar-07. So I did'nt have any pay stubs between 13-Jan-07 and 04-Mar-07. I was on project till 25-May-07. I was looking for a project for a while and i got a new offer from an employer in canada so i moved to canada on 15-Jul-07. So I never had any paystubs between 26-May-07 and 15-Jul-07. Now i want to go for a H1B stamping in canada.
I have got all other H1B Visa stamping related documnets except the paystubs between (13-Jan-07 and 04-Mar-07 )
and (26-May-07 and 15-Jul-07)
My questions are.
1) Can I go for H1-B Stamping?
2) Is it compulsory to have paystubs?

My friend do not dream for EB3 approval until EB-2 get current. I lost my hope for GC just use EAD.

Will the Visa numbers from fiscal year 2008 be used for alloting the numbers for those who are filing now ?
As per rule since those visa numbers are from future they cannot be alloted to those filing now.
Any predictions on how the October bulletin looks like ?

I am planning to apply for NIW based on my HPSA work location.
My attorney is stating that I need to change work contract to 5 years instead of 3 years for the same. According to him, I can add in the contract that this extention of contract is at discretion of employee after 3 years and it will not damage the interests of my employer.
Since I do not want to work after 3 years with my employer, is this contract language safe for me?
Also is it possible to swelf petition for NIW?

I live in NJ and my application was recieved on July 2nd. would that be Nebraska or Texas SC?
NJ comes under TSC but direct filing took effect only from July 30th. Till then the 485 was supposed to be sent to the center where 140 is filed or to NSC ( if no 140 filed). Even if it was sent to the wrong center USCIS will not reject the application in this timeframe. It will be internally transferred to the the correct service center.

I do not get my pay checks by email. We have to log into our company's internal web site and take a print out of the paycheck. (Its actually a web page I have been taking a printout, even for my Visa extensions). My parents had a Visa Stamping last month with out any issues.

This appears to be more relavant given the need for rejuvenating the state chapters. Why not we have this as simple links on the main page itself and make it damn easy to join the chapter. The most important thing to do is to have the members join the chapters and have the contact numbers. Once these are there the IV state chapters could follow up and get the activities rolling with these members.
Bottom line: Have the state chapter joining links on the main page and have it simplified for the members to join very easily ( kind of taking the name, contact number and email and nothing more) later the chapter core could get in touch with them and get the complete profile. A kind of marketing gimmick.
