This if u sent your packet by US postal mail . Fedex and other courier dont deliver to PO boxes . There is another street address for other courier.
Thanks Milind70 for the reply , yes I did use USPS because the the IO told me to send my 485 package to the address shown on I140 receipt and Fedex does not deliver mail at P.O box. I am wondering if the P.O Box address is right and should i wait for 90 days or call them based on Lockbox receipting update bec as per Aug10th release TSC shows done receipting till June 28th? Is there a way to inquire regarding my application?

My Lawyer asked for the original letter from employer. She didn't even accept the scanned copy. I had to mail the letter to my lawyer.

My wife's and mine EAD renewal was applied on the 23rd of July (company lawyer delayed filing). I received mine in 30 days but my wife's case is still pending, though I am working on my H1 and don't need it. My wife's current EAD expires today, is there anything we can do to get the process to move faster or get her case expediated other than just wait till 90 days. There are lots of people I know who received their EADs even though their applications were sent much later. If the discontinuity is long, my wife may loose her job.

Hello can anyone tell me the procedure to file I-539. I overlooked my wife's H4 visa (assumed visa will be renewed when i get my H1 renewed at consulate). I am looking for information to file for I-539
Also My wife's visa expires on Dec 9th 2007 (I94 expires on Dec 20th 2007). Is it possible for my wife to stay beyond Dec 20th if i dont receive the H4 renewal by that date. I am planning to file I-539 by Nov 8th 2007

im asking cuz im done with makin cds of my work
ive sent out so many cd's with exes of director and flash on it - only to find out that most companies have firewalls that wont allow exe opening, or that the cd simply wont open on a mac.
and i wonder why i dont have a job yet lol

by filing that I-140 that LC became yours and so now you have that one year old LC that you need for the 1 year extension.
When premium processing opens up, you may want to upgrade your I-140 to premium and get the 3 year extension instead, up to you
if you have one I-140 pending, the second one cant be made premium, but can still be filed in regular.
